Prices

All orders may be cancelled prior to despatch and all goods can be returned within 14 days. Further to that all of our items come with a 30 day money-back, no quibble guarantee for manufacturing defects.
Payment
High Fashion Equine accept payment from all major Debit and Credit Card companies. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept payment via cheques or postal orders.
Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card will be carried out, to ensure there are sufficient funds in the account for the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
Promotional
Promotional discount codes – we may from time to time offer promotional discount codes to our customers via our website or through our social media pages. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue, so please read any accompanying information thoroughly before using your discount code. Only one promotional discount code can be applied per order. We reserve the right to vary these conditions.
What do I do if an item doesn't fit or I don't like the colour?
Return it to us at High Fashion Equine, with a covering explanatory letter. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.

Who pays the postage on returned items?
If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you'd like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we make a small charge of £4.99 (Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands is a charge of £12). However, we will refund your postage in full on faulty goods returned.

You have the option of choosing either standard recorded delivery (£3.99), or first (1st) class recorded delivery (£4.99) to Uk mainland, unless otherwise stated by email, due to an item being heavy or of unsusual shape.
When will High Fashion Equine charge my credit/debit card?
Your payment is protected by using the PayPal service and Square Payment, which protect your rights in line with the UK law. We will never see your bank or credit card details when you pay online.
