We will do our best to make sure that all products currently in stock, are sent out either on the day of order, or on the next working day.

Our standard recorded delivery timescale is three (3) - five (5) working days for orders within the UK. Excludes weekends and public/bank holidays. High Fashion Equine will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays - which are out of our control. Recorded delivery will require a signature upon arrival at destination. Our standard recorded delivery is ony £3.99!

Our first (1st) class recorded delivery timescale is one (1) - two (2) working days for orders within the UK. Excludes weekends and public/bank holidays. We will do our best to get your item to you in time, but High Fashion Equine will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays - which are out of our control. Recorded delivery will require a signature upon arrival at destination. Orders must be placed before 3pm. Our first (1st) class recorded delivery is only £4.99!

Delivery will be despatched through Royal Mail for most items, however other delivery companies (e.g. MyHermes/Interlink etc) may be used for heavy or unusually shaped items.

If an item is out of stock, or if it is an item ordered directly from a company (this will previously be stated on the item information page where possible), then delivery of this item will be made as soon as the item is received by us. Alternatively, an item may be shipped directly from the brand (of the product) itself to the customer, to speed up this process.

Despatch times may differ for each individual item due to stock levels. If 1st class recorded delivery has been requested, but stock is currently unavailable within that time frame, then a reimbursement of delivery variance between 1st class recorded and regular recorded delivery will be applied.
